PVSwim School Terms & Conditions

1. Registration: By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with academy policies.

2. Health & Safety: Students must be in good health. Medical conditions must be disclosed.

3. Attendance: Regular attendance is essential. Arrive 10 minutes early.

4. Payment: Fees must be paid in advance. Trial classes are complimentary.

5. Liability: Swimming involves inherent risks. Academy maintains insurance but participants swim at own risk.

6. Behavior: Students must follow instructor guidelines. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension.
